The jig is used to locate and secure the window for bonding.  ABS plastic, both stiff and strong.   This tool was originally designed by an RV10 builder, but I can't remember the name.  I made a copy from the request of other builders.  The basic dimensions are shown in the photos.  These jigs will last a long time so pass them around when you have completed the bonding.
