Drill jig to locate holes for Hose Baffle Seal Drill Jig - 0 Degree (Straight thru)
 
Installation
1. Locate position for wire seal and clamp or tape drill jig in place
2. Use #40 drill bit at drill jig to drill holes in sheet metal, drill and then cleco each hole sequentially
3. Open sheet metal mounting holes to .166 - .175 inch dia.
4. Open center hole as desired
5. Torque AN525-832R10 screws to 10 in-lb or 1 N-m. Recommend metal locking nuts. Consider metal lock nut running torque
