A small flashlight and mount that attaches with 3M Dual Lock.   The flashlight is removable and secure when stowed.   The mount is rotatable and can be positioned to any angle between 0 and 180 degrees.   Flashlight mount material is UV resistant plastic.   The photo of the light in the baggage area is not a bright as shown in the photo because of camera compensation but is fully adequate.   To install the flashlight battery, firstly extend the translucent barrel to area mode, then twist the translucent barrel to unscrew the battery cylinder.   
 
The flashlight mount is fastened to the rotatable panel using two AN525-832R5 screws.  All pieces are assembled and ready for installation using 3M dual lock.
