150 mile ride

I had a nice ride on the new 165mm straight cranks. I didn't make 160 miles only because I ran out of daylight. I could have probably started one hour earlier but I was lazy getting around. A donut run to Columbus and a little more. Close to 8000 calories burned. You are going to need a lot of carbs, water and salt. No suffering on this ride, only the ebb and flow of energy. Old retired bodies are more sensitive but treat them right and they will respond. I have far exceeded my goal of being able to do a 100 mile ride this year and I still don't know my limit. I feel good this morning, the next day and the day after that, no soreness. :)
